The clutch booster is:
1. The function of the clutch booster is mainly that the clutch booster is used on the automobile with the hydraulically controlled clutch mechanism. When the control clutch is disengaged or engaged, the assembly is used to help increase the output force and facilitate the control;
2. In order to reduce the force acting on the clutch pedal as much as possible, without increasing the pedal stroke due to the excessive transmission ratio of the transmission, on medium and heavy vehicles and some cars, in mechanical or hydraulic On the basis of the operating mechanism, various power assist devices are added. When the clutch pedal is stepped on, the hydraulic oil forms a certain pressure in the clutch master cylinder and then enters the clutch booster. At this time, the hydraulic oil works in two steps in the booster. All the way first enters the hydraulic system of the clutch booster, the hydraulic oil acts on the hydraulic piston, and the hydraulic piston pushes the B rod to move forward. The left end of the hydraulic piston uses a D-shaped rubber ring to maintain the sealing degree of the hydraulic oil, and there are two hydraulic piston cups on the hydraulic piston;
3. It can prevent oil leakage and seal. The other channel flows to the clutch to assist the control valve system. While the hydraulic system is working, the hydraulic oil pushes the relay valve. There are two leather cups on the relay valve piston, which not only bear the oil pressure, but also play a sealing role. The piston moves to the left, overcoming the elastic force of the diaphragm return spring and poppet spring. Close the exhaust port to open the poppet valve, the compressed air enters the power cylinder, overcomes the elastic force of the power cylinder return spring, and pushes the piston to move the push rods A and B to the right. In the absence of compressed air in the car air tank, the hydraulic system of the booster can also act alone, but it is more laborious to operate.
